She has since competed in several bartending competitions and has consulted on bar programs in Los Angeles & Long Beach. Karen was the USA Global Winner and US Representative for Beefeater MIXLDN, the Tahona Society & the Remy Martin Bartender Academy. She has been named one of America’s Top Bartenders of 2014 by Spirit Magazine, Los Angeles’ “Most Imaginative Bartender” by GQ magazine in 2013 and has received Zagat’s ’30 Under 30′ award for hospitality professionals in 2016.
